Driving License Print Check

After passing the practical driving test and paying fees, MOI processes your physical license card. Print and delivery times vary — many applicants use online status tools rather than calling traffic offices repeatedly.

When to check print status

• Immediately after payment confirmation at the traffic department
• If you were told to return on a specific date for pickup
• When renewal payment succeeded but no card arrived by SMS or courier

How to check

1. Sign in to MOI eServices or Sahel with Kuwait Mobile ID.
2. Open driving license services and look for print / delivery status.
3. Note reference numbers shown on your payment receipt for counter inquiries.
4. If status shows ready, visit the designated traffic office with Civil ID and receipt.

If printing is delayed

Delays can occur during peak renewal seasons or if fine blocks were cleared after payment. Confirm no outstanding violations on MOI violation enquiry and contact the traffic department with your receipt number if status is unchanged after the stated waiting period.
